Dr. Craig MacPhee

Dr. Craig MacPhee, professor of economics, returned to Mongolia this summer at the invitation of the Mongolian government to advise on tax and other economic issues. Over the past fifteen years, MacPhee has served as an economic advisor to the governments of former Soviet Bloc countries including Georgia, Poland, Russia, and the former Yugoslavia.
