The stated mission of the College of Business Administration is to provide the best possible educational opportunities to all students. Our goal is to prepare the next generation of ethical, global business leaders. With that objective in mind the College has developed a list of strategic priorities called, Four Pillars of Excellence: Ethics, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and International Experience.

• Ethics – the Program for Business Ethics is a multi-faceted program with the primary purpose of integration of ethics throughout the curriculum.
• Leadership – The Leadership Institute is one of the finest centers for the study of leadership in the world. Leadership development is emphasized throughout the student’s college career through the classroom and participation in our many student organizations and clubs.
• Entrepreneurship – the Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship is the center of entrepreneurial activity on campus and across the state.
• International Experience – many of our faculty have lived and consulted with businesses and educational institutions across the globe. Students are encouraged to take advantage of our many study abroad opportunities.
