THE OPPORTUNITY:

Information Technology employees within Koch Industries, Inc. will have the opportunity to be involved in and provide support for various Koch companies. Koch companies have various opportunities in the areas of Platform and Software Development. You will be given opportunities to assist in building the tools to enable the Operations teams to provide additional support on a day-to-day basis as well as to potentially help provide support to other IT teams and the business. Because you will actually be part of the business, you will be involved in a unique environment for teamwork and partnership, as well as given a wide array of opportunities to learn about our business while enhancing your technical skills.

THE RIGHT STUFF:

Although far from a complete list, Koch utilizes a multitude of technologies:

• Platform Development: Windows Server 2000 / 2003, Citrix Metaframe, Active Directory, Storage Area Networks, VB Scripting, Perl Scripting and volume management technologies.
• Software Development: Visual Studio .Net, XML, C/C++, Powerbuilder, Informatica, PL/SQL, TSQL, and data management systems such as Oracle, Sybase, and SQL.
• You will have a degree in December of 2007 or May of 2008, specifically in the areas in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
