What did the parents say about Economics is Everywhere! Camp?

  • My child enjoyed most everything.
  • I had a difficult time getting him to identify ANYTHING he disliked all week long
  • We are so impressed that you have put this together. It is very valuable and you have obviously put a lot of thought, planning and coordination into it. The notebooks are so well organized and have great content.
  • He really enjoyed the field trips and I think you did a great job exposing them to many different businesses.
  • I think the day of how the “entertainment world’ affects us was most valuable for my child.
  • The first day’s activities concerning banking and money seems to have made the biggest impression on my child.
  • Most valuable is that she learned economic terms and concepts and how to make wise saving and spending decision. The international speaker also provided some valuable perspective on the world and she was very impressed with his mission at 10,000 Villages.
  • It is so nice that UNL is putting this on to get kids more interested in economics and more informed too. We now expect fewer discussions on wise spending and saving topics after this education because she’s heard it from the experts.
