ESCEM University Community
The ESCEM School of Business and Management is more enhanced than other international institutions because of the multiplicity of establishments, objectives, structures, and challenging conditions of enrollment.
ESCEM is incorporated in a category of schools called Grandees Eccles. Typically, Grandees Eccles are French institutions which specialize in high-level teaching of engineering or management. The Grandees Eccles of management was set up in the 19th century by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the major towns in France. The schools were originally called Higher Schools of Management because the objective was to train entrepreneurs and middle management.
There are also 30 Grandes Ecoles of management, which differs from the Grandees Eccles by some enrollment standards. In Grandes Ecoles, the enrollment process is very competitive, such as all students must finish two years of preparatory studies and take an entrance examination to be considered for these institutions. Only the best students from the best high schools are allowed access to these studies.
