Help Desk

Our ITS Help Desk centralizes technology services for all operations within the College of Business. All CBA technology services, including hardware, software, training, and product recommendations is coordinated via this student-staffed CBA Help Desk. These student employees are not only providing valuable support needs to the College, but are also earning valuable experience for themselves.

Hours

Monday through Thursday
8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Reference Materials

Support Requests

Support requests can be made by phone (2-5215), online form, or stopping by the Help Desk in Room 23. Our voice mail is monitored daily and our online request forms are added directly to the service request database.

Services, including:

  • Network Infrastructure support and service
  • Technology support and maintenance
  • Classroom scheduling and access control
  • Hardware and software trouble-shooting
  • Remote control software distribution and support
  • R & D of emerging technologies
  • Equipment usage training
