All Scholarships at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln are administered by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. A few scholarships are based on the recommendations of the College of Business Administration's Scholarship, Awards and Honors Committee.

To qualify for consideration for specific CBA scholarships, students must be registered as a College of Business Administration student both at the time of application and at the time the scholarship is paid; must have completed 12 hours of credit in the College by January 1; and must have filed the "Upperclass Scholarship Application" at the website given in Step 1.

In addition to general scholarships offered by the College several businesses and professional organizations award scholarships each year to College of Business Administration students. Most of these scholarships range between $500 and $2,500 per year. Announcements for these scholarships are made periodically throughout the year, with applications available through the Dean's Office for Undergraduate Programs.

If you wish to be recommended for a CBA Scholarship, complete the following steps:

Step 1:
Complete and submit the "Upperclass Scholarship Application" on the Internet by March 1. To apply, log into WAM! and select the Upperclass Scholarship Application. Submission of this online application allows you to be considered for upperclass scholarships awarded by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid and to have your information made available to your college and department. The awarding of scholarships to upperclass students is based on one or several of the following criteria: cumulative grade point average, financial need, and a resume of activities. For questions regarding this process, please contact the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, Room 17, Canfield Administration Building, 472-2030.

Some scholarships for which the College of Business Administration makes recommendations do consider financial need. To determine your eligibility for need-based aid, you must complete the University of Nebraska Upperclass Scholarship Application (above) as well as a 2005 - 2006 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) was not filed.
Step 2:
To be considered for additional CBA scholarships, print the application(s) below and return to the location listed on the application, by March 1st, unless otherwise indicated.
